Mine was more of a joke. But 3D printing will make it easier for criminals to get guns in the UK. Like you said, it is very different culturally. So the average person in the UK probably won't be trying to get a 3D printed gun.

Also, it is not one of the main direction which I will produce with help of 3-D printer. I can produce the goods under the order and this is a huge plus. The range of possibilities of 3-d printer is very wide and depends only on my imagination.
I am ready to pay first payment if I will fail get a quick profit. I wrote below that in this case I can repay the loan with my salary.
