Mining Cluster (extension 3/5)

I am the owner of small hydro power plant which generates 80KWh. With the two previous BTCjam loans, https://btcjam.com/listings/13755-mining-operation---part-2-5--(owner-of-80kw-micro-hydro-power-plant)-  and https://btcjam.com/listings/13070-mining-operation-(owner-of-80kw-micro-hydro-power-plan) I was able to build a Bitcoin mining cluster of 35TH (12 Antminer S1, 2 LKetc Dragon 1T, 2 Antminer S2 and 48 Antminer S3).

Currently I am consuming 34KWh from a total of 80KWh available of the power plant capacity, so the idea is to continuously increase the cluster grid in batches.

With this loan I am going to buy 9 Antminers S5 (6KWh) in order to extend in 11THs my cluster capacity. As I do not pay for electricity, I can estimate the ROI in less than 6 months.

Mining Cluster (Part 2/5)

With this loan I am going to extend the current mining cluster by adding 8KWh more of Antminers. With the first loan(https://btcjam.com/listings/13070) I was able to buy 12 Antminers S1 which are currently mining at 2.4TH. Here I share the photos of the cluster room I have designed with all Antminers working cool and stable.

OLD 20/5/2013 Mining Cluster (Part 1/5) I am the owner of a micro hydro power plant of approx 80KW and after doing my calculations, I found it is much more profitable to use this electricity to mine Bitcoins rather than sell it directly to the network operator.

So my idea is to start a mining operation of approx 40KWh using Antminer S1. I decided to use S1s because they are really cheap(1.5$/GH), also they are in stock and delivered fast(48h). They are not very power efficient(2W/GH) but as I have access to free power my priority is to minimize ROI.

I have just designed and adapted a room with a nice cooling system available to fit and renew the hot air produced by 100 S1s. Also I have done the distribution of all power lines to fed the miners. I can take some photos in order to demonstrate that. Everything is ready to plug and play the miners once available.

Basically I need a loan to cover just the costs of the miners + they PSUs. As I am new to BTCJam, my credit profile is not too high, so in order to gain reputation my plan is to initially ask for just 5 BTC loan equivalent to 10 Antminers and scale up the system if everything goes fine.

Setting https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculator with a difficulty increment rate of 15% I can ROI approx in 3 months. My loan have a margin of 180 days just in case of unexpected things.
